GOLDEN RULE
Common Courtesy - Failure to follow our Golden Rule will not be tolerated and could lead to immediate ejection from the property and possibly subject to criminal charges. Respect others' space & privacy.


CHECK OUT TIME
11:00 AM. Unless prior agreements have been made for an extension, there will be an additional day registration fee charged.


RV & TENT CAMPSITES
Campsite fees include up to four people and two vehicles. Additional guests and vehicles need to be registered. The maximum occupancy per site is eight people. RV sewer & water connections must be securely fastened and elevated off the ground.


CAMPING CABINS & LODGING
Sorry, we have a No Smoking & No Pet policy inside all park facilities.


QUIET TIME

Quiet time hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Camping courtesy is in effect 24-hours a day. Absolutely NO profanity or abusive language will be tolerated, and will be reported to authorities accordingly.


CHILDREN
All children must be at their site or accompanied by a parent from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.


SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and carefully through-out the park; children, adults, and animals are at play. You must also have a valid driver's license and insurance to operate any sort of motorized vehicle on park property.


DAY GUESTS
Visitors must check-in upon arrival and depart by 10:00 p.m. All overnight visitors must be registered. (STATE LAW)


PETS
Pets are welcome, if leashed at all times. You are responsible for keeping them quiet and picking up all feces. No aggressive behavior will be tolerated. No pets allowed in any park buildings. Pets cannot be left outside unattended at anytime, unless prior arrangements have been made with park management. Proof of vaccinations must be available upon request.


SITE CONDITION/CLEANLINESS
Your site must be maintained and kept clean. Each campsite is allowed to have the following items (all must be in good physical and functional condition, free of mildew, rust, and stains): 1 Bicycle per camper, 1 Grill, 1 Chair per camper, 2 Vehicles in good drive-able condition, 1 table or picnic table, 1 cooler, and 1 outdoor storage box (max 6' x 6' x 5'). Any on-site vehicle repairs must be completed and cleaned up within 24 hours. Any other items left outside or on the ground including cigarette butts are considered littered debris and management reserves the right to charge a fee to dispose of them.


CAMPFIRES
Small campfires are allowed in contained fire rings only. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED - STATE LAW.


RV CONDITION & WASHING
Campers cannot wash RV's or vehicles on-site. Limits on the types and amounts of chemicals and detergents used during washing are necessary, therefore we offer on-site RV washing services to our customers. Please contact park management to arrange this service. We reserve the right to refuse any RV not kept in good to very good physical condition. RV's should be clean and free of stains, mildew, rust, or other exterior damage. All motor homes must be functional and able to move without towing. All 5th wheels or other tow-able campers must be functional and tow-able without repairs required.


US MAIL
US Mail & delivered items will be available for pick-up with park management.
